Organisations, public and private, large and small have relied upon First in Service to design, install and service a wide range of building services.Established in 1966, our projects now range from cooling plant for server rooms, heating skyscraper offices, installing commercial catering equipment as well as offering  comprehensive facilities management of various educational organisations including schools and university campuses, hotels and restaurants. 

Whether a job entails simply fitting a kitchen ventilation fan as part of a refurb or the entire M&E requirement of a multi-storey new build, First in Service team members are sticklers for detail in ensuring all work complies with the most stringent international standards.

How we work
Every department has dedicated contract managers and account administrators. These ensure your building and environment are optimised: efficient operation, excellent communication and management reporting as well as all other relevant support services are put in place. The First in Service help desk operates 24/7, 365 days a year. It offers a responsive reactive service alongside planned maintenance contracts to ensure efficiency and longevity of equipment. 

Our people
All First in Service engineers are employed directly by us. They are DBS-checked to an enhanced level as well as being Gas Safe registered. Our engineers regularly install, commission, service, repair and carry out routine maintenance on a wide variety of commercial catering, refrigeration and warewashing equipment.
