Place a service call

To place a service call, existing account customers can place a call seven days a week, 24 hours a day  - call 0121 333 3301 or send an email.

If your organisation uses purchase orders, then please either fax or email to our service desk.

New customer?

Customers new to First in Service Ltd, without an account, will need to log the call with our helpdesk during the hours 0800-16.30, Monday to Friday, and pay for the call in advance - you can do this either by BACS or via PayPal - the helpdesk team will go through the process with you - once the call has been logged, and funds received, we will allocate an engineer to attend.
