How we work
Every department has dedicated contract managers and account administrators. These ensure your building and environment are optimised: efficient operation, excellent communication and management reporting as well as all other relevant support services are put in place. The First in Service help desk operates 24/7, 365 days a year. It offers a responsive reactive service alongside planned maintenance contracts to ensure efficiency and longevity of equipment.
Our people
All First in Service engineers are employed directly by us. They are DBS-checked to an enhanced level as well as being Gas Safe registered. Our engineers regularly install, commission, service, repair and carry out routine maintenance on a wide variety of commercial catering, refrigeration and warewashing equipment.
